These gluten free and lactose free vanilla cupcakes are made with real champagne (not sparkling wine) and the buttercream is also infused with champagne that has been reduced. The reduction and baking removes the alcohol but leaves the delicious champagne flavour. Great for an anniversary or even just a girls night!
